This paper proposed a half-bridge power device embedded module for the half-bridge dc-dc converter. The proposed half-bridge power module can achieve lower parasitic inductance than the conventional TO-247 package. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed half-bridge power module with low parasitic inductance can effectively suppress the surge of drain-to-source voltage.
