Nd123’s substitution phases (Nd123) have been synthesized by citrate sol-gel method. A complex behavior of the crystal lattice parameters of Nd123’s substitution phases as function of composition and temperature conditions of treatment were studied. It was shown, that the increasing of neodymium substitution degree in Nd123 solid solutions leads to the change of the crystal structure. It was clarified, that the tetragonal form of Nd123 solid solutions is stabilized by increasing Nd/Ba ratio (x is more than 0.1). The reflection broadening as function of composition was found for Nd123 solid solutions.
