This paper proposes an ultra-low quiescent current buck converter that includes an ultra-low quiescent current modulator to reduce IQ to 26nA, and a gate-drive dynamic voltage scaling technique to improve efficiency by 15-20%. In addition, the proposed zero-IQ supply voltage monitor can ensure low IQ at the input voltage detection. Experimental results prove the peak efficiency is as high as 97.3% with a small chip area of $0.7\star 1.4\mathrm{m}\mathrm{m}^{2}.$
