This paper presents a dual-polarized plane-convex lens horn antenna for fixed-beam backhaul systems developed by Anteral. The frequency range of 130/160 GHz (D-band) which is perspective for the future point-to-point 6G communications is covered. The antenna is fed by a high-performance orthomode transducer (OMT) to provide with horizontal and vertical linear polarizations. The measured directivity of the antenna (11 cm diameter aperture size) exceeds 40 dBi and the sidelobe suppression in both E and H planes is above 30 dB. The cross-polar level is below 30 dB at boresight and the isolation between the vertical and horizontal polarized signals is around 50 dB.
