This paper considers the analysis of anti-windup control systems based on the linear parameter-varying (LPV) system representation. We develop a new condition for local stability in terms of parameter-dependent matrix inequalities. The structure of the saturation nonlinearity is incorporated into these inequalities to reduce the conservativeness. Based on this stability condition, we also derive the conditions for satisfying the quadratic performance and the local L/sup 2/ gain performance.
