This paper mainly studies the energy management between the regional coordination control center (RCCC) and the village Microgrids (VMGs) containing the photovoltaic (PV). An optimization model based on Stackelberg game is designed, where the RCCC is the leader and the VMGs are followers. In particular, the properties of game are studied. A two-level interaction algorithm based on differential evolution (DE) algorithm and nonlinear programming are proposed. Differential evolution algorithm can be applied by the RCCC, while nonlinear programming can be applied to every VMG to achieve Stackelberg equilibrium. Finally, the validity of the model is verified by an example, and the internal price of the RCCC and the load optimization strategy of the VMGs are formulated.
