In this paper a scale forecast and allocation model for urban logistics nodes land use planning is presented. Firstly, based on the influencing factors analysis and four-stage method in urban transport planning, the features of urban logistics node are analyzed according to flow direction, industry and mode splitting. And then based on the modified total allocation method, a scale allocation model for urban logistics nodes is constructed by which total urban logistics operative volume is allocated to different urban logistics nodes along different logistics channels. Finally, a case study illustrates that land use for total scale size of urban logistics and scale allocated to each urban logistics node are reasonably forecasted, and the scale allocation model and method proposed in this paper are effective and feasible.
