We propose a resource-efficient and load-balanced routing algorithm (RELB) to solve the low utilization and uneven load of heterogeneous resources in computing power optical networks. Additionally, we design and implement a software-defined Intelligent Computing Power Optical Network Convergence Platform (ICNCP) to demonstrate the performance of RELB. The experimental results show that the proposed RELB algorithm can perform well in terms of resource utilization and load balancing.
