In this paper, the structure of thyristor phase controlled rectifier speed regulation system is analyzed in detail, the transfer function model of each device is deduced, and then the dynamic structure diagram of the whole system is obtained. According to the engineering practice, the actual values of each parameter are solved and simulated with Matlab / Simulink. In order to make the simulation effect closer to the reality, the thyristor phase controlled rectifier speed regulation system is built by using the power system module of Simulink. In view of the shortcomings of the traditional system that the speed is greatly affected by the load and the robustness is poor, a neural network controller is designed to greatly improve the robustness of the system.
