In recent years, with the increasingly severe ecological pressure, distributed energy resources such as photovoltaics and wind energy have developed rapidly, and people's willingness to use and develop pollution-free distributed renewable green energy is unprecedentedly strong. However, large-scale and high-proportion distributed new energy access will bring huge changes to the distribution network, directly affecting the safe and reliable operation of the distribution network. In order to achieve better integration of these distributed generation resources, based on the new energy distribution status and multiple application scenarios in Haining Jianshan New Area, this paper proposes a coordinated control method of the Power-Storage-Load in virtual power plants, which can significantly reduce the complexity and dimension of operation control, ensure the global coordinated operation of the system, realize the autonomous control of hierarchical partitions, tap the utilization potential of adjustable resources, and further improve the safety, stability, scalability and comprehensive efficiency of active power distribution system operation.
