In recent days, frequent road accidents are happening due to ignorance of wearing helmets during riding the motorcycle. Inspire of the awareness campaign from the government authorities regarding helmets and seat belts a mass of the drivers do not obey the driving rules. In order to bring a solution of the above said problem, Cloud Based Intelligent Accident Proof Helmet and Detect State of Intoxication system has been developed for motorcycle, an approach to disallow the vehicle start without wearing helmet or to avoid riding if the rider will be in drunken situation. Additionally, it has a novel features like accidents locations revealing which enables to send the information to the local traffic police and family members of the rider via SMS. In this research paper, the task of identification of the location has been done with the help of GPS GSM based tracking system, so that emergency services can reach at the correct location in earliest. The sensors of this automated helmet sense the over speed and send the information to the module connected with the bike engine wirelessly. Present work also focuses on the challenges faced due to internet issues in case of remote area of accident place and propose a possible solution through GSM Module. A hardware prototype has been developed using microcontroller to interface with sensors and data will be transmitted though cloud. Thus, this research work expresses its novelty in the course of human safety.
