In this era of strenuous activities a person can hardly find some leisure time to go for a tailor shop and order dresses that fits accurately to his body. In order to facilitate garments industry a wide variety of automation systems have been developed and integrated. Therefore, a huge amount of dresses of similar measurements can be cut, sewed, assembled and distributed in a short amount of time. The need for a well fitting dress is still on high demand where the idea of immediate automation and delivery is needed to be introduced. In this paper, we propose an “immediate arrival and delivery” human computer interaction (HCI) based system for customer demanding dresses to be made based on his unique body measurements. We designed a tailoring automation system integrating with human body measurements where a customer can give his choice of fabric, his measurements through a 3-D body scanner and get his dress immediately after waiting for short period of time. The customer needs not to visit twice the tailor shop for receiving his dress. If a person can instantly receive his dress, he can save his valuable time which is required to go for receiving the dress from the tailor shop.
