In order to solve the security problem of the distribution network with charging load, an incentive-based demand response(DR) participated by electric vehicles(EVs) is established to reduce peak load in distribution network. Firstly, the incentive price considering the result of peak load reduction and the compensation price considering the response degree of each user are proposed, and the incentive mechanism for aggregator and users to participate in DR is proposed. Secondly, the net benefits model of grid company, aggregator and EV users participating in DR is established based on the costs and benefits of all parties. Furthermore, the demand of responsive users and participatory response ratio are proposed to measure the response demand of grid and the response ability of contracted users. The model of users response considering over-response and under-response is established. Finally, taking the commercial district load as an example, the influence of the charging behavior of the contracted users on the participatory response ratio is analyzed, and the impact of the benchmark compensation price on the load response is studied.
