Based on the long-term near-surface boundary layer wind field measurement, this paper analyzes the wind field characteristics of the southeast coastal areas of Fujian. Based on the measured wind field data, the characteristics of average wind speed profile of the monsoon is studied systematically. At the same time, the mathematical characteristics of the turbulence parameters of the wind-resistant design in the structural wind engineering are statistically quantified, including: turbulence intensity, turbulent integral scale, gust coefficient and fluctuating wind speed power spectrum are compared with the existing bridge design specifications. The results can provide reference for the selection of wind filed parameters for bridge design in southeast coastal areas of Fujian province.
