This paper depicts the design of 1 Tb/s superchannel transmission using nine Nyquist-spaced subchannels of symbol rate 27.75 Gbaud polarization multiplexed — Quadrature phase shift keying (PM-QPSK) advance modulation format. Nyquist spaced means spacing between two channels is approximately equal to the symbol rate. Proposed model has enormous potential bandwidth capacity of Terabit, which is efficient to carry high data traffic in the form of vedio streamng, cloud computing etc. Results of proposed model is being validated.
