Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) are long cylindrical structures of carbon atoms hexagonal connections and having the aspect ratio higher than 1000. For immense electrical and mechanical properties, great specific surface and high thermal and chemical stability, since Ijima discovery in 1991 [1], carbon nanotubes attracts great attention among many research groups because due to possible applications. CNTs can be used in e.g. consumer electronics as field emitters, super capacitors elements. There are a lot of nanotubes production methods [2-5] and their application in medicine [6-12], such as cancer treatment with iron filled carbon nanotubes (Fe-CNTs). The paper presents the computer modelling results of Fe-CNTs induction heating. As an object used for computer model creation, Fe-CNTs synthesized by authors using CCVD technique were used.
