The development of "Internet+" technology gives rise to blending learning with a combination of online and offline learning, which has become one of the important research directions for further exploration. To solve the problem of low participation and poor learning enthusiasm of students in blending learning, this paper applies modern computer technology to practical teaching activities based on the investigation in computer courses and explores digital learning resources recommendation for personalized learning with the task-driven teaching method. Specifically, the students are given interesting learning tasks before class which ignites their learning motivation, and then the students take part in learning activities with the problems found in pre-class learning which is helpful in improving class participation. Finally, we conducted comparative experiments and evaluated the actual teaching effectness with the novel teaching method and the traditional one respectively. The experimental results show that task-driven blending learning does help students achieve their learning objectives and the student's academic performance has been significantly improved comparing with the traditional teaching model in a control group.
