In sprint canoeing, the assessment of the paddling technique and its effectiveness in speed and oscillation of the boat can supply helpful support to the coach to fix any technical flaws and improve the whole performance. This paper proposes a study using the DAQuino system customized for sprint canoeing. Some preliminary measured results will be shown and discussed.
