A high accuracy method for the ray tube generation when reflection happens in some special terrains is proposed in this paper. This method is implemented in the ray tracing procedure to deal with the intersection of the ray tube and the special concave terrain simply and accurately. The method is compared with another published ray tube reflection method, which shows the proposed method can better deal with the reflection on some special environments. The theoretical analysis also demonstrated the accuracy of the proposed method. Moreover, the proposed method was integrated into our simulation system to complete the simulation in several special terrains to validate the method.
