The-Learning provides an opportunity to educate people in a cost-effective manner. It is preferred by the society that doesn't have access to traditional education system. The online social networking site (OSN) is playing a significant role in removing digital divide by making a new tech-savvy generation. E-Learning system can become wider and more effective if online social media tools are also included. In this research, 15 factors of OSN based E-learning have been identified through literature review and expert opinion was sought to enhance productivity and performance of OSN based E-Learning by merging social media in it. Interpretive Structure Modeling (ISM) has been used and validated through interviews with experts. In the present research, E-Learning factors for OSN are quantified and classified through MICMAC analysis. This study will help E-Learning stakeholders in organizing and prioritizing resources in the right direction to enhance its effectiveness, productivity and sustainability in OSN based E- Learning.
