A photonic terahertz interference inverse synthetic aperture radar scheme is proposed and demonstrated, achieving 3D positioning of corner reflectors with $\sim 0.8\mathrm{~cm}\times\sim 0.8\mathrm{~cm}2\mathrm{D}$-resolution and $0.042\mathrm{~cm}$ height error over a distance of $220\mathrm{~cm}$.
