In the process of product digital design, precision information such as geometric tolerance of mechanical parts is non-geometric information, which is difficult to be physically loaded on the part entity, supporting the accuracy analysis of equipment. Although the existing research results can realize the assembly accuracy analysis of complex equipment, it is difficult to ensure the consistency of data and the accuracy of analysis results because the geometric tolerance and assembly relationship data used are separated from the digital 3D model system in the product design process. In view of this, this paper develops a platform for integrated 3D labeling, establishes the correlation between 3D solid model and non-geometric tolerance information, and the assembly topological relationship in the 3D assembly model provides an important basis for solving the error transfer path in complex equipment assembly error modeling. The assembly accuracy analysis of complex mechanical equipment based on MBD technology is realized, which ensures the data consistency between digital design process and equipment accuracy analysis, and improves the accuracy and efficiency of equipment accuracy analysis.
