To address the challenges posed by the complex processes of unmanned helicopter transmission line inspection and fire extinguishing, this paper analyzes the inspection and fire extinguishing procedures separately. We establish and validate practical Petri net models for both unmanned helicopter inspection and fire extinguishing processes. Subsequently, we integrate the unmanned helicopter inspection and fire extinguishing procedures by analyzing and improving the synchronization and conflict relationships between their subnets. The result is an optimized integrated workflow for unmanned helicopter inspection and fire extinguishing. The optimized process shows a reduction of 39.1% in operation time and a 50% decrease in unmanned helicopter transportation distance. The study demonstrates a significant enhancement in efficiency and resource utilization in the context of unmanned helicopter-based inspection and fire extinguishing operations.
