Aiming at safety and reliability requirements of the experimental aircraft center of gravity adjustment system that adjusts the center of gravity of aircraft by adjusting the liquid mass distribution of tank groups in a flight test, the shortcomings of the current method for measuring liquid mass in tank groups are analyzed. A multi-sensor fusion method based on Bayesian theory is presented by combining pressure sensors and liquid level sensors. Firstly, the mathematical model of multi-sensor fusion is established, and the principle of consistency detection is designed. Then the effective data are fused by Bayesian method to obtain the optimal fusion result. Finally, the experiment result shows that the aircraft center of gravity adjustment system based on multi-sensor fusion can effectively eliminate the failure information and obtain reliable liquid mass measurement which ensures the correct calculation and adjustment of aircraft center of gravity and ensures the safety of flight test.
