In order to meet the standardized design requirements of lenses, a lens aided design system based on parametric modeling is designed. The development of this system makes full use of computer-aided design technology to realize the parametric design and modeling functions of lenses. Users only need to use the system before using the system. It is only necessary to have an understanding of the mirror parameters to improve the efficiency of lens design and at the same time achieve the integration of design and parameter modeling. First, the parameters of common lens surface types are introduced, and then the lens design is parametrically modeled based on optical design input, which facilitates designers to adjust the lens model and reduces the repeatability of manual operations. Based on the CAD system based on OCC, designed lenses can be optimized, edited and redesigned, which improves lens design efficiency. At the same time, incremental saving is applied to improve file update efficiency.
