The paper presents a coaxial fed dual-polarized patch antenna with wide-bandwidth and good harmonic suppression. A pair of $\lambda/4$ stepped-impedance resonators (SIRs) in each port which is to enhance bandwidth and suppress harmonics and the cross slot which is to improve the isolation of ports are applied to the proposed antenna. The operating frequency of this antenna is from 3.41 GHz to 3.61 GHz with $\mathrm{SWR} < 2$ and isolation between the two ports is below -19.2 dB, and the cross-polarization levels are below -18 dB at both E and H planes. Good agreement between measured results and simulated results is observed, which shows the effectiveness of the design. Due to its simple structure, it is easy to form arrays by using this antenna as an element.
