In this paper, a new K band dual polarized magneto-electric antenna elements has been proposed, designed and fully analyzed for 5G/6G communication systems’ applications. The antenna elements can be used to prepare high-performance three dimensional electronically scanning radiation patterns. The element prepares wide frequency band, high gain and wide scanning angle (φ = 360°, θ = ±60°). It also prepares high isolation between ports and wide frequency bandwidth (32%). Dual polarized differential antennas are needed at the outputs of power amplifiers (PAs) and inputs of low noise amplifiers (LNAs). The antennas are implemented on two-layer low-cost Glass/FR4 substrates.
