In this paper, two antenna elements including bow-tie and semi-elliptical antenna elements have been designed, proposed and investigated for 5G/6G antenna arrays. The elements have been analyzed and fully simulated with CST Microwave Studio and Floquet port technique. The antenna elements can be used to prepare high-performance three dimensional electronically scanning radiation patterns in K frequency band. The active impedances’ analyses reveal the antennas prepare wide scanning angles (φ=±60°). The antennas can be implemented on low-cost substrates such as Rogers RO4003/RO3003/Taconic series or FR4.
