In this paper, two K band antenna elements which consist of proposed semi-elliptical capacitive coupled and magnetic dipole patch antennas are designed and investigated for beam steering applications in 5G/6G communication systems. The elements have been simulated with CST Microwave Studio and its Floquet port option. These proposed antenna elements prepare high gain (more than 5dB), frequency bandwidth (about 50%) and isolation between ports and wide scanning angle (φ = 360°, θ = ±60°). The designed dual polarized antennas can prepare any polarization and differential versions are suitable for differential power amplifiers (PAs) and low noise amplifiers (LNAs) for the transmitters and receivers, respectively.
