The on-site commissioning is limited by various conditions such as civil engineering, construction period, and personnel, and the commissioning time is very tight. For the new power system field, the enrichment and standardization of various models and configurations, the high concentration of business data, and the standardization of application functions have put forward an urgent demand for a highly centralized baseization commissioning mode. Propose a baseization commissioning method to carry out the commissioning of secondary equipment in the substation at a fixed commissioning base, replacing factory joint commissioning and most on-site commissioning work. This mode can simplify the commissioning process, improve commissioning efficiency, and reduce on-site commissioning workload. Further analyzing the characteristics of the baseization commissioning mode, a multi system collaborative test technology based on configuration method is proposed, which can further optimize the baseization commissioning, provide reliable solutions and technical means for the efficient application of baseization commissioning, and also provide technical reserves for the intelligent commissioning of new power systems.
