The high-voltage isolation bidirectional DC/DC converter module is the main link in the voltage isolation and conversion of power electronic transformers. In order to reduce module switching losses, improve system efficiency, reduce the footprint and control complexity of the power conversion part, an LC series resonance topology based on SiC mosfet is used to design power electronic transformer power modules. The gain characteristics of the LC series resonance structure are analyzed, the main parameters in the circuit are designed, and the prototype design is completed based on the SiC power device, and finally the simulation verification is carried out. The simulation results show that the operating characteristics of the LC series resonant DC/DC converter based on SiC mosfet are consistent with the traditional full-bridge bidirectional DC/DC converter, and the mosfet loss accounts for only 8.2%, which effectively reduces the switching loss of the module.
