This paper presents an adaptive routing algorithm for load balancing that incorporates queuing theory and multipath routing principles. The proposed algorithm considers varying node dynamics and load volatility and applies an adaptive method to adjust path weights. It employs various techniques to address communication issues encountered in complex environments where mutual transmission of sensory and decision-making information is problematic. By also addressing concerns arising from wireless communication issues such as link failure, packet loss, and node deactivation, the algorithm maximizes network load balance and throughput. The algorithm creates a dependable communication channel capable of real-time data transmission in complex environments.
