This paper presents the design of high isolation multi-channel receiving module. Application of advanced CAD tools ensures the accurate design and optimization of the power divider, broadband slope attenuation circuit and LO channel circuit. The factor that affect the inter-channel isolation of the receiving module are analyzed and discussed. The high-performance design of the module is realized through reasonable design. The test curve of the module’s technical indicators are also given. The typical value of inter-channel isolation is 140dB in the range of 10MHz~50GHz, and the frequency conversion loss is 2~6dB.
