The aim of this paper it to design image evaluation method both effective in processing geospacial (GEOBIA) and biomedical data. So that the method has potential to be implemented on large scale and applied in routine digital pathology. It also intends to seek common ground and properties if there is any of the two sectors by implementing nucleus and gland detection algorithm. Thereby, trying matured technologies used in super-high resolution remote sensing images at high-resolution image analysis of pathology tissue samples taken by digital microscope.
