Intelligent sensing system of human physiological detection based on biosensor and WSN is designed in this paper. The research and development of flexible physiological sensing technology is in the ascendant. With the development of materials technology, textile technology, sensor technology, energy consumption technology, communication technology and telemedicine technology, and improvement of relevant standards, regulations and regulations, the popularity of flexible wearable physiological monitoring equipment will become a trend. Combining the basic technical characteristics of the core wireless sensor network node and the characteristics of big data, the node architecture is established and optimized on this basis, which makes the whole sensor network become a kind of intelligent network. With these technological support, this paper proposes the novel framework for the analysis of the human physiological detection system. The performance is validated through the core experimental analysis.
