The article presents a method of the pulse signal amplitude parameters measurement and the results of the method usage in high-precision measurements. This method is the compensation one, it calculates the difference between the measured voltage values of the top (or base) of the signal with a high-precision DC voltage value. At the same time, to obtain a high-precision value, the measurements of the inter-channel difference in estimation the voltage value are carried out. A high-precision DC voltage generator (oscilloscope calibrator) and a digital oscilloscope are used in the measurements.
