This paper concerns the synchronization of driving points of high-speed maglev railway turnout to protect turnout from stress concentration when switching line. A moving trajectory model of driving points is built according the principle of elasticity and the relation between turnout curvature and driving motor dynamics is described considering engineering status. To enhance synchronization performance, this paper proposes a novel error compensator which considers previous synchronization errors through a forget factor, then the control scheme is established. Finally, simulation demonstrates that the proposed compensator decreases the synchronization error by 98%.
