A wideband reconfigurable polarization rotation metasurface (PRM) is proposed in this paper. The work state of the classical double arrow structure is controlled by switching the state of the PIN diodes, and the reconfiguration between the PRM and the mirror could be achieved. Compared with the available literature of reconfigurable metamaterials, the work bandwidth is extended. And the ultrawideband monostatic and bistatic radar cross section (RCS) reduction could be realized.
