This paper represents a psychoeducational study on the conditions of didactic training of engineers. Beyond the psycho-pedagogical side, the influence of ergonomic factors on the quality of the learning process on students preparing for the engineering profession is analyzed. Scientific novelty and originality are materialized by conceptualizing performance and performance management in the pedagogical context of university training, by conceptualizing the model of interaction of internal factors of the institution from the pedagogical perspective of university training, identifying factors and conditions that influence performance and efficiency of the university training process.
