A brain emotional fuzzy cerebellar model articulation controller (CMAC) is developed in this study, which is a combination of the mathematical models of a brain emotional learning control (BELC) and a CMAC. The proposed BEFCC has the advantages of fuzzy inference, decision-making, and emotional activity. Firstly, a synchronization of the 4D hyper-jerk hyperchaotic system is simulated. Secondly, the proposed BEFCC synchronization technique is used for audio secure communication. A real source audio signal is added to a chaotic trajectory and it is used as the scrambled carrier signal. Then the synchronization using the BEFCC is used for decoding, so the original signal can be recovered. The comparison of the results through the root mean square error of the fuzzy CMAC, fuzzy BELC, and the proposed method is given to illustrate their effectiveness.
