We demonstrate a free-spectral-range insensitive Mach-Zehnder interferometer design for wavelength multiplexing sixteen CW-WDM channels with deviation of $\lt50$ pm to the wavelength grids, an averaged insertion loss of -3dB, and an optical crosstalk of $\lt-13{\mathrm{dB}}$.
