This work compiles an analytical mechanical model and frequency-defined descriptive equations into a RF model on QUCS Studio circuit simulator software. The developed model describes a Love Wave sensor with air or liquid at its surface and can be extended to all Surface Acoustic Wave devices. This open-source model also allows estimation of the sensor’s dynamic behavior to mechanical variations.
