The policies, regulations and administrative measures take the medium-voltage power supply system as statistical evaluation object and have not fully extended to the low-voltage uses, to further refine the power supply reliability management work, this paper firstly introduces statistical analysis status of user power supply reliability in low voltage distribution network. Then, the five kinds of identification methods are compared and analyzed. Various data collection methods and reliability index statistics methods are presented and dissected. Finally, the key work for the next step is described.
