We report a triple-stacked GaAs MMIC power amplifier with high supply voltage of 28V and wide bandwidth of 6.5-10.5 GHz. This design possesses high efficiency and high power by using a dynamic bias feedback resistor to prevent the transistor from breakdown. A T-shaped couple resonator is used as the output matching network to achieve the broadband matching. Momentum simulation results show that the PA achieves 23.6-27.6% power-added efficiency (PAE) and 32.9-33.9 dBm saturated output power with chip area of 3.25 $mm^{2}.$
