Displaying the operation information of AUVs in real-time is an important subject of Smart Ocean. The design of monitoring systems is often limited by application scenarios and technological developments. This paper develops an underwater monitoring system based on an underwater acoustic sensor network for the cooperative AUV. The system comprehensively considers the information transmission characteristics of underwater, air, and land and uses the underwater acoustic long baseline positioning technology to design a reasonable system architecture and workflow. Through experiments, we have verified that the system has high positioning accuracy and a convenient display process. The system can effectively support the acquisition of marine information so people can speed up the pace of understanding the ocean.
