In the cement rotary kiln burning system, the temperature of the burning zone is a key factor affecting the quality of cement clinker. At present, the temperature in the burning zone of most domestic cement rotary kilns is set manually, and the burning system is complex, making it difficult to establish an accurate mathematical model. Aiming at the this problems, a method of setting the burning temperature based on data mining is proposed and experiments are carried out. This article first introduces the cement production process and burning parameters, through data preprocessing, grey correlation analysis to determine the parameters, fuzzy c-means to construct the fuzzy set process to get the data form suitable for data mining. finally, the association rule mining algorithm is used to mine the temperature setting value of the burning zone that meets the production requirements. The experimental results show that the temperature setting method of the burning zone based on data mining can mine the temperature of the burning that meets the production requirements, which is of great significance for reducing coal consumption and improving the quality of clinker.
