To obtain a reasonable maintenance schedule for the systems needed to execute continuous missions, the selective maintenance under stochastic maintenance quality is studied. The maintenance quality of imperfect PM is modeled by Beta probability distribution and the maintenance improvement is related to maintenance frequency. Besides that, reliability-based selective maintenance for a multi-component system with multiple maintenance actions is also studied. Limited by cost and maintenance time, the optimal subset can be determined to rely on GA to maximize the system reliability level for completing the next mission.
