In this paper, a periodic composite plate with cement-based piezoelectric composite material is designed. The band gap is calculated by finite element method. The effects of geometric and material parameters are discussed in detail. Theoretical results demonstrate that the lattice constant and different materials of part C have significant effects on the band gaps, while the density and radius of cement-based piezoelectric composite materials have a slight effect.
