The circulating commodity garbage classification system design based on machine vision is an application-oriented product design combining machine vision and garbage classification, which will deal with life problems intelligently. It not only actively responds to the national call for energy conservation, environmental protection and environmental governance, but also saves people’s life time and improves efficiency. This paper takes machine vision and the classification of circulating commodity waste as the research object, combines intelligent equipment with common problems in daily life, and makes use of the bar code feature on the packaging of circulating commodity waste as the basis for judgment. Through software analysis and intelligent system processing, the final judgment result is displayed in the form of human-computer interaction. Halcon visual analysis software supports a variety of language environments and provides a variety of analysis operators to process data accurately and efficiently. Therefore, this design uses Halcon as the main programming software to realize garbage classification with VS programming software. An industrial camera is used as an image acquisition device to create an offline database of various circulating commodities. Halcon vision software is used to preprocess bar codes with threshold segmentation and create templates for identification and decoding. Finally, the decoding results are matched with the offline database to obtain the types of circulating commodity garbage. The Halcon and VS programming environment is constructed, and the program is associated with the display screen, and the human-computer interaction system of garbage classification of circulating commodities is finally realized. Finally, summarize and conclude to complete the whole content of the design.
