The cargo hold loading control system of a cargo aircraft is the central nerve of the cargo loading system of the cargo aircraft, and its working performance directly determines the cargo loading efficiency of the cargo aircraft. This paper focuses on the design of the main controller of the cargo hold loading control system of the cargo aircraft, and conducts research on the difficulties faced by the design of the controller system, such as multiple controlled objects, complex control logic, large-capacity information interaction, and high real-time requirements, and develops a cargo aircraft cargo controller. The functional prototype of the cargo loading system controller of the cargo plane was developed, and relevant test verification was carried out on the demonstration verification platform. The test results demonstrate that the system’s frame error rate is 0.1%, and the periodic fluctuation remains stable within the range of ±0.01 ms. At the same time, the loading and unloading tasks of multi-standard container units were successfully executed, which confirms the feasibility of the main controller scheme designed for the cargo loading control system.
